Classes, full courses and private sessions are available for individuals and groups.
They involve numerous practices and techniques, particularly Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Tantra.
Classes are in the warmth, seclusion and soft containment of indoors, and the exquisite nourishment of nature, outdoors, sometimes at dawn.
